Anthony Rodriguez is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Evolvify LLC, a consulting firm specializing in human resources, leadership development, and business growth strategies. With a SHRM-CP certification and credentials as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Business Coach and Behavioral Analysis Consultant, he helps businesses build high-performing teams and create thriving workplace cultures.
Anthony’s expertise in talent management and operational excellence stems from his success at Elwood Staffing, where he ranked as a Top 5 Branch Manager (Sales) in the nation, generating $3 million in annual billable revenue. Under his leadership, his branch achieved the company’s Gold Standard, and he earned the Associate Satisfaction Award eight times for his dedication to employee engagement and client success. In property management, he was a two-time Property Manager of the Year nominee with Minnix Property Management, recognized for his leadership and operational impact.
